Pio Construction is well versed and experienced in developing and implementing storm water management plans. We have a thorough working knowledge of Pennsylvania’s permit requirements for Construction Activity and Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems. We are proficient in completing and filing all necessary applications and obtaining all required permits.
At the onset, Pio Construction will prepare your Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), Best Management Practices (BMP), and submit the Notice of Intention (NOI) on your behalf. As the project progresses, we will update and amend all documents to reflect current site conditions. The SWPPP is more than just paperwork— it is an integral part of managing the project. The site will be sampled and tested through all phases of the project cycle. Appropriate inspections will be conducted with local and county officials. Pio Construction maintains open lines of communication with governmental agencies and our professionalism and diplomatic approach ensure a positive outcome. Our construction site storm water management program will minimize pollutant discharge.
